Science Lab -
Transforming rural education through playful science.
BMCWS has launched a dynamic science lab at Z.P. Primary School, Jalindernagar, a tribal village where access to experiential learning has long been limited.
This lab is not just a room—it’s a pedagogical shift, inspired by Shri Datta Ware Guruji, who champions thinking over rote learning, and collaboration over competition. His vision has helped us reimagine education as a space for tinkering, innovation, and dignity-driven exploration.
With generous support from the Kolhatkar, Gokhale, and Bhosle families, this lab now offers children a chance to build, question, and create—laying the foundation for entrepreneurial thinking rooted in practical, theme-based ideas. We will monitor its impact closely and encourage inter-school visits to foster shared learning.
Next phase: 12 mobile labs, each subject-specific, functioning as a circulating library of hands-on science across rural schools.
